Mary Anne Malleret
Mary Anne graduated in History from the University of Oxford. Her early career was spent in the commercial art world in London, Paris and New York. She does voluntary work in the education sector, periodic spells of report writing for the World Economic Forum regional summits, a bit of teaching and as much time spent hiking and painting as she was able. In recent years, Mary Anne has become increasingly implicated in the development and writing of the Monthly Barometer and with the creation and production of the Summit of Minds (of which she is a director) both in Chamonix and further afield. A recent project is the co-authorship with Thierry of 10 Good Reasons to Go for a Walk - a book that conveys the vital message that walking can change not only our lives, but also our world.
