Catherine M. Faherty

Catherine Faherty is a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at Northwestern University, Kellogg School of Management. Her research interests are primarily concerned with innovation in multi-generational family firms. She is a member of the global STEP project from Babson College, USA, the first worldwide research initiative to focus on how the entrepreneurial and innovative mind-set within family businesses are passed from one generation to the next.
