Kathi Irvine

Kathi Irvine, Co-Founder with her husband Geoff Powter of Watershed Inc., works with organizations in the public, private and not-for-profit sectors. With over 20 years of leadership and training experience, she shares her extensive knowledge of change leadership, knowledge transfer, strategic planning and employee engagement.

She is a strong supporter of community engagement and is currently the vice chair of artsPlace Board of Directors in Canmore, as well as a board member of the Banff Canmore Community Foundation. Kathi lives in Canmore, where she takes advantage of the beauty of the Canadian Rockies skiing, hiking and cycling.
