Women’s Roles: The course acts as a catalyst for personal development by empowering women to lead happy lives, contribute to the harmony of their families and succeed in their businesses.
It has been proven that in all aspects of life, positive recognition and appreciation lead to higher levels of self-esteem. Higher levels of self-esteem are directly correlated with greater confidence, better well-being and overall happiness, which fundamentally contributes to the continued success of the entrepreneurial family unit, and in turn, economic strength and community resilience. Providing the recognition and resources for these women to strive is precisely how Women’s Roles aims to make a difference.
At the end of this course, the users will be able to:

The women who can benefit most from the course are those who are at the point in their lives where they need more support or coaching to find and balance their desired roles in the entrepreneurial family. This stage is often also a critical point in the succession planning process; solidification of governance in the business and changing family dynamics, heightening the stress and pressure on the many roles the woman may play.
