SEPTEMBER 8, 2021 – Family Enterprise Foundation (FEF) is pleased to announce the appointment of Jordan Allen, Ambreen Bhaloo and Aaron Gillespie to the Family Enterprise Foundation Board of Directors.
“A warm welcome to our three new Board Directors who all have unique insights and expertise as members in their respective family businesses,” commented Olivier de Richoufftz, General Secretary, Family Enterprise Foundation. “We are excited to roll up our sleeves and work towards our bold vision to represent the family enterprise community with one purpose, one face and one strong voice.”
As a fourth-generation member of family-owned and operated Atlantic Packaging, Jordan Allen has experience working as an investment analyst and is a member of the the Canadian Business Growth Fund team. He is responsible for carrying out research, analyzing new investment opportunities and monitoring portfolio investments.
Ambreen Bhaloo, a certified Family Enterprise Advisor (FEA), comes to the Board with years of experience as a second-generation member of an enterprising family. She has held leadership positions within her family enterprise and founded her own coaching business and family business advisory practice. She is actively involved on her family’s Board and has served in various capacities giving back within the Ismaili Community.
Aaron Gillespie is a second-generation member of COBS Bread Bakery, a family-owned and operated bakery that has over 130 locations across the country. At a young age, Aaron gained a keen interest in managing bakeries which led to his appointment as President in 2014. Aaron sits on the Board of Directors for Bakers Delight Holdings that oversees Bakers Delight, COBS Bread Bakery and its operations in Australia, New Zealand, Canada and the USA.
