A Tip to Working Your Way Up in the Family Business

If I have one tip to give to someone that would like to get involved in their company, business, I would just be, it would just be to listen to what the problems are and to just try to find answers for you, then suggest them. So like, you do the whole thought process and then you suggest them to like, your parents or grandparents or whatever, that makes you have positive feedback of how your management style would be, and you could get, and then those persons in your family would see the interest you have so it would be really to get involved and ask questions and get to know what the company is about, like, I’m talking about, the decision process, but if it’s about the values of the company like, why are you so focused on your clients or something, that’s something that you can learn from it and you can see what the process is like in the company and that makes you much more involved in the company.
