A Mistake We Made?

In terms of failures, because we’re still a start-up we really haven’t had one yet, but one thing that we would say is that we left the idea in the idea tank for a little too long. We mulled it over, we went over it, we said we should do this, we should do this, for about 2 years, and if we would have just decided, you know what, let’s not leave it in the idea tank, let’s just go with it and see where it goes, if it works, it works, if it doesn’t, you let it be. You know there’s so many times you hear people, oh what a great idea that would be, so we didn’t want to be those people we wanted to go for it so that’s one of the weaknesses. We left it in the idea tank for too long. And also being able to set deadlines makes you be able to, think of a decision and stick with it and it helps bring you forward, so those are two things we’d like to work on.
