Challenges Facing the Rising Generation

You know, for me, its finding common ground with everybody and creating a harmonious work environment. So far we’ve been very lucky, we love working together, and even externally, you know, with suppliers or clients it’s always gone well, so the biggest challenge is maintaining that, I think. Name is very important, reputation is very important, so it’s the upkeep and the growth. I think its hard work in general, there’s no substitution for it, real estate is a very labour intensive industry so you can’t slack, you can’t, you have to push, you have to work hard, you have to put in your hours and, there’s value in it at the end. That’s what I’ve learned, and what I always strive to prove to him, that I can work hard and I want to work hard.
