Considering Total Wealth during a Transition

Understanding that your total wealth is much more than just your financial assets. As you are going forward, transitioning your wealth, you are really taking into account the human capital. The individual; what their value is as well as what the family value is. When there is a co-creation of what the future vision of family is, in looking at your total wealth as a whole, it makes transition, in my opinion, a much easier transition, rather than there being, what I call a broken up type of transition, where you are not seeing all the same thing and therefore you might come across more roadblocks than you need to by understanding the full concept of total wealth. Why are we at 91% failure rate of the transition of wealth? So, isn’t it that gap of sharing, that gap of communicating, that gap of; and isn’t the understanding of that individual as a part of the family? So, we very often just focus on that financial assets that we don’t quite get into, what really is the core of the transition for the family?
