Giving the Next Generation an Opportunity to Experiment

I think that generation that you speak about is a generation that would like to experiment the values that they were brought up the values that they live in today we're probably different than their parents or grandparents generation we have believed in our company that the next generation the next generation that will be taking over should be given that opportunity to experiment you know there are many ways to get to the goal I think the common vision between generations is the same but how we get there might be completely different there are occasions when I look at my own children and I listen to what they want to accomplish and what they want to do I may not always agree with what they want to do and how they go about proposing it but I do recognize that maybe my generation has seen its time and that we have to be willing to try different things and let them try I also believe that the best lessons to be learned are those lessons where they have made the decision and they may be successful but they may also be not successful and they may fail I think that that's a valuable lesson that every generation should learn that's the best lesson because you know if you've made your decision and it doesn't work you should recognize it early on so that you can change that decision I remember my father often said the best lesson to be taught is a decision that has been the wrong decision but be careful that the decision you make is not so massive that it bankrupts the company.
