Motivation to Join the Family Business

They have not pushed us to the business and I think that’s one of the key advice also is that you have to have the motivation to do it, you, ok, I said earlier that we should be brave enough to take on the challenge but you cannot do it without motivation of course and you have to have some kind knowledge probably, basic knowledge. So I would advise to educate yourself well and then look for the motivation in your life, and then, if both of them match and they match with the family business or the goal of the family business then probably you have something to consider about.
