It’s very important, they have to have a certain base of knowledge and whether it’s getting, they don’t have to do a four year university program in finance to say ok, yes, I know how to read financial statements, but at least have some kind of base of knowledge. And whether it’s done in house or whether it’s done in partial programs at university or they can take one-off courses on finance or whatever, but at least they have an understanding of knowing how to read financials is very, very important in anything that they do, whether they’re investing, or whether they’re operating a company I think it’s important for them to know that.
