I guess you understand how you think, how you think together, so sometimes we’re are able to kind of bounce ideas off each other, we already know what we’re going to say, and it’s also sometimes when we’re at family events, we have kind of a shared narrative, which is pretty cool. So we’re able to talk about things that we’re working on together, and other projects, and we’re even able to think of other ideas outside the business that we can collaborate on together. So that’s definitely a huge positive. You understand how someone operates, you can sometimes predict their behaviour, which you can’t always do with other colleagues that you haven’t known as long as a family member.
