Differentiate that line between business and family, it’s often quite a thin line. Put your pride aside when working with them, and making decisions with each other. The difficulty that your going to face though is disagreements when it comes to how to progress with the business because someone who’s more Type B is little more laid back, a little less stressed, and is less likely to take that step forward and take a risk for the business, while the Type A personality is always thinking of the next step. But together, you actually make a fantastic team, the Type B being able to say ‘wow, let’s step back, look at the situation before making a decision’, while the Type A is motivated with that next step. Different siblings in the family business express different opinions, and as long as you can stay on the same page.
