I think definitely the combination of trying to raise a family and work professionally, because really, historically, when you think about it, the rules of society and the rules of work and business were set by men, you know, generations ago, and that’s history, it’s just the way it was, so now that women are working I think that trying to accommodate the needs of women, most particularly around raising their family and trying to maintain a professional job, in a world, within some frameworks that were set by men initially, and largely, pretty much still exist today, there is some more flexibility in terms of work hours and place of work, but in some cases, for example in Australia, if you work from home for any length of time, then the rules of occupational health and safety that apply in your workplace also apply in your home, which means that you can’t be working at home and looking after a child at the same time, the law just doesn’t allow that, without some sort of modification to your house and all the things that go along with occupational health and safety, so there are some difficulties around accommodating flexibility, sometimes, but I think definitely that’s really one of the challenges.
