When it came to decision making, it was more so that, consensus was more the norm. In part because I think we all had the same vision and that was led by my father, my father sort of said here’s the vision that he saw, and we bought into that. That’s not to suggest that we didn’t at times head in a little bit of a different direction and challenge that, but it was definitely the norm. When it was time for big decision making, when it was time to look at cash injection into the company, when it was time to look at selling the company, we sat down and had those discussions and ultimately it led to everyone being on board.
