Family Gatherings

Many Asian families are starting to realize they do have a lot of family gatherings and they have couples that are coming with children, so most times the Asian families that we are working with, they actually say we meet as a family like that, not every family member is working in the business, so let’s try and keep the business conversation out of the family gathering, because otherwise you will be indirectly alienating members of the family. That means when family members get together, let’s try and treat it like a social gathering. When you have a business conversation that involves only certain select members of the family, you can do it another time. But a pure social gathering that involves in-laws, children, let’s talk about other things. Let’s try to keep the business conversation out of there.
