The Journey to Identifying Your Passion

So, I think there is a preliminary question to that, which is how do people find out what their passions are? I look at education today and I say to everybody that the most important part of education is pastoral care. So, you empower the individual with the confidence to take on the world. The 2nd one, is the co-curriculum activity. What will happen often with kids is, they will find their passion doing co-curriculum activities, whether it be drama, music, whether it be sport, whatever it may be. That is where they have the first seed of their passion. By the way, just to finish that subject, the third most important is academic. In that order of priority. So, once you have found what your passion is, if you are going to follow your passion through your life, you will have a rich journey of a life. Therefore it is absolutely critical that children are allowed to follow what is important for them, which is their own passion.
