Aligning Your Family’s Philanthropic Vision

As we look at what we’re doing form a philanthropic point of view, it’s extremely important to have everybody aligned in terms of, what we are going to do and what we’re not going to do and that we’re not ending up doing things that are, perhaps, in contradiction to some of our values. So, that’s where it’s extremely important to have a good and in-depth discussion as to, what are the things that are of importance to each and every one of us before we embark on it. However, we do have discussion on that around our family council. We have set-up the foundation really in the last 2 and half years, a major foundation, and that being said, as we’ve done that we’ve actively gone out and solicited the opinion and input of all of the family members before we set that up and established the priorities and the goals of the foundation.
