Gaia Marchisio You have to make the best out of the decision to be part of the story, of the history of your family, to be the next one who can bridge and to give that to someone else, to be the one who can make a difference in the family and in the work environment. So understanding that, and someone once told me that it’s not that you make a decision once for good, but it’s every Monday morning you wake up and you wonder whether you want to do that, right? So that’s a kind of renewing that decision. Because you are in a relationship with the company and with the people in there and with the people in the family. And the relationship are based on your decisions.
