If we talk about my mom and her role within the family business and the family in itself, it’s around the clock. And one of the things is that she’s so busy that we always wanted to bring a dog in and she’d be like no, we already have 4 dogs in the family, I’m not handling another one. So my mom is a superwoman, if I sort of see her and how she’s living how I want to be, she, she never complains about anything, the way it is, is that she came from India, she came here when she was 19 years old, you had to work hard, you start a job that was $4 and hour, you can’t sustain on that so you have to start something of your own. So a lot of family businesses that happened in Montreal back then is because these restaurant jobs weren’t getting you anywhere. So you had to toughen it out and that’s where she built a thick skin, she was tiny, tiny, tiny, tinier than me, she’s never complained, she’s never asked questions, it’s more like how do we get there and what do I need to do. So for me it’s the same values that I have, we have a vision, how do we get there and how long is it going to take, that’s ok if it takes long but how do we get there, so you don’t complain, you do it.
