I think family governance has not only increased, but, is also increasingly important in terms of its relevance for the longevity of family business. In general, in the old times, you could count on the talent of our gifted entrepreneur, but not anymore. Nowadays, those talents, to be able to perpetuate on time will require balanced governance. And that balanced governance is a challenge, of course. Because you need to combine some kind of benevolent dictatorship with democracy. So you need to reach some kind of balance. And that says, I think, a good governance is perhaps the best business for a family business.
