When it comes to a new girl getting married and getting into a family business, the challenges are the same, across the world. Whatever challenges a girl goes through, it’s the same. In India, we believe that a girl gets married, not to the boy, but to the entire family. And the most important thing for her to know are the challenges that she will face, is to be able to assimilate the new culture, new traditions, have a different world view, lifestyle and values. So this process is pretty challenging.
