Finding the Family's Own Way

When they started bringing in these ideas of somehow collecting expertise from outside, but at the same time, building our own way of developing the family together in relation to the business, I got involved quite early also and became a member of the family council which was founded I think 23 years ago. So I was a member of the first family council and along the years we learned a lot. First we had some maybe 5 years we did it in a certain way, and then we started developing and all the time learning from other families as well and learning about ourselves and then I was chosen to be the chairwoman of the family council.
