So how do I set the line before family life and work life for this new business, AKA Marche Nuvo? Well right now I don’t think, to be honest, we’re doing a good job of that, I think it’s over-consuming our lives and I think it’s something we talk about 24/7, from breakfast to dinner, so right now, we’re definitely not doing a good example, because we truly, truly care about our father and we want the best for him, you know, he’s sacrificed his whole life for us, we want to sacrifice whatever of our lives we can to help him, so for that reason, I don’t think there’s a boundary right now, it’s blood, sweat and tears from 8 in the morning to 8 at night, 24/7. But, moving forward, I think where the boundaries are going to lie is really knowing when to leave work stuff at work, and home stuff at home. So when we’re at the dinner table, I don’t think we should be talking about work, when we’re in the backyard, when we’re going on family events, we shouldn’t talk about work. But when we’re working, as a supermarket its opened quite often, we need to talk business. And Anthony Longo from Longos food store, sorry, Longo’s grocery store in Toronto, he says a famous quote that I really, really admire, that the family should serve the business and not the other way around and I think moving forward, that’s something we’re going to try to adopt.
