Don’t be afraid of taking on challenges, sometimes I think it’s just a little push that is needed. This is a big challenge in Finland at the moment, that we are getting more and more women to the boards, but we are not getting women to be CEO’s. And the reason often is that there are less women in the middle management or business unit management, so women tend to take roles as communication managers and communication directors or HR directors, support functions so to say, but what actually is needed that they take the hard-core functions that the males normally do and then just trust themselves and trust their instincts and that’s the way to get them to the CEO roles.
