So our upcoming generation can leverage off , I guess, the success and the history of my generation and my parents’ generation before me, I think by really honouring the values and staying true to the values. And our values are honesty, integrity, passion, caring, quality and vision. And I think they transcend all generations, it doesn’t matter whether you are old or young, but we know that if they live by those values then they’ve leveraged as much as they possibly can. If they’re professional in their lives, but the biggest one for us really is honesty and integrity. And our family business has our name attached to it, so it’s very important that they maintain the values within their professional lives, so we feel very strongly about that.
