Providing Insight Through Family Activities

Margaret-Jean Mannix talks about how family activities promote both individual and group development.

One of the things we’ve done in our family council, and we try to be really conscious about is having activities that when the family comes together, having activities that are all about individual development, understanding the team dynamic, or group dynamics. So that I guess, my objective is that when someone comes to one of these events they walk away saying I learned something today that I can take no matter where I go in my career or in my life or with my spouse or with my family, but it also provides insight an connectivity into our family, the family business family, works.
