The Need to Step Back: Driving the Bus to Reality

I think that it was Emily Dickenson who said would have, should have, could have, of all the words of pen and tongue in the English language, and I always think of that. So in my life, exactly working with entrepreneurs it’s all about you never listen to no, you push through, you believe in accomplishing anything you can, don’t listen to the naysayers, but there comes a point in life when you really have tried everything and it’s not working, and to Jim Collin’s idea of driving the bus of reality, there’s a point where you have got to say it’s not working. I’ve got to shift gears or take a step back, is this really for me. So I think that’s also very important.
