What Attracts You Most About Joining the Family Business?

So the most attractive factors for me to be part of my family business is just the fact that I’m involved in something that I believe, that I have every day, I have a passion for it, that my parents and my family takes my ideas into consideration because they believe I have a background that’s different than them and even though I’m younger, they really see the added value and what I can bring and they really, really consider me as a person, like if I was in a big company that would be something that would be really different and that motivated me to take over the business one day.
