Driven by Values: Static and Dynamic

If the values are going to be driving values, they’ve got to be very stable. So that means you’re going to have to have rather few values that you consider core, and forever values. But that should be clearly understood by everyone at all times, in all countries, no matter what’s going on. And then the other values that are more implementation or variable or flexible, and I’d be very comfortable changing those by time, changing those by geography, changing those by nationality, line of business, there’s lots of variety that you can accept. But the core values, they’ve got to be exactly the same.
