Unwritten Family Rules

In the family there are a lot of unwritten rules and that's why it's so helpful when someone puts out what are the rules around here which is why I think it's so key with children to explain what the rules are and this is the way we do business around here just as you do in a business in a business you're very clear this is the way these are the rules and families too but they're unwritten and that's why when somebody new comes into the family it upsets the whole system because the new people come in and they don't have a clue of what this nuclear family's been doing all these years; the in-laws, yes so you have to be a little clearer because every new person that comes in can bring something wonderful to the family we're all born with a gift there's no one I've ever met that does not have a gift But we've got to recognize and reward and honor that gift and that's why when a new person comes into the family how do you welcome them how do you make them feel part of your family.
